Smart Inbox can now sort and draft replies for an Outlook mailbox, and Meeting Prep can brief you from an Outlook calendar. Pick Outlook when setting either one up.

Fast Mode

You can now sync Gong call recaps and transcripts into your Company Brain. Pick which workspaces to include, and everyone only sees calls they already have access to in Gong.

Agents for Your Whole Slack Workspace

Enterprise organizations can now share agents with everyone in a connected Slack workspace, including teammates without a Gumloop account. Register the workspace in organization settings, then opt each agent in from its share settings.

Meet Gumball (Beta)

Gumball is your personal agent. It writes you a morning newsletter called the Daily Chew, briefs you before each meeting with Meeting Prep, and sorts your email with Smart Inbox, drafting replies and flagging what needs your attention. Custom Links for Artifacts

You can now publish an artifact on its own URL, like sales-dashboard.gumloopartifacts.com. Turn on Custom Domain from the share dialog, pick a name, and hand out a link people can actually remember. Access and permissions stay exactly the same.

Cost Estimates for Brain Sources

Adding a Company Brain source now shows an estimated credit cost before anything syncs. The sync only starts once you approve it.

Organization admins can now connect MCP servers that run inside your own network. Create a tunnel in settings, run one command on your network, and your agents can use those servers without exposing them to the internet.

DataForSEO MCP

Agents can now run SEO research through DataForSEO. Look up keyword volumes and difficulty, analyze competitors and backlinks, pull live search results, and track how often a brand appears in AI answers from ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. Works out of the box, or connect your own DataForSEO account.

Sprout Social MCP

Agents can now work in Sprout Social. Pull profile and post analytics, monitor inbox messages and Listening topics, manage cases, and draft posts for publishing.

Model Access by Role

Organization admins can now choose which AI models each custom role can use. Model pickers across agents and workflows only offer people the models their role allows.

Google NotebookLM MCP

Agents can now work in Google NotebookLM Enterprise. Create notebooks, add and manage sources, and generate audio overviews and podcasts.

You can now connect a GitHub repository to your organization's skill library. Gumloop imports every folder with a SKILL.md and keeps those skills updated as new commits land, so your team always works from the latest version.

Any Connector as a Brain Source

Company Brain can now sync knowledge from any connector, not just the built-in sources. A short setup chat helps you choose exactly what to sync, and your agents answer with that knowledge.

Reddit Ads MCP

Agents can now manage Reddit advertising through a new connector. Create and update campaigns, ad groups, and ads, build audiences and targeting, publish promoted posts, and pull performance and conversion reports.

Key-Pair Authentication for Snowflake

You can now connect Snowflake with an RSA key pair instead of a password or browser login. This is the best fit for service users and accounts with MFA enforced, and it works everywhere Snowflake does in Gumloop, from agents to workflows.

DM Your Agent in Slack

You can now send direct messages to agents with a custom Slack app. Work with your agent one-on-one, no channel needed.

Manage Agent Skills and Connectors from the API

You can now add and remove skills and connectors on your agents through the developer API. The same tools are available in the Gumloop connector, so an agent can even configure other agents.

SharePoint MCP

Agents can now work in SharePoint through a new connector. Search sites and document libraries, manage files and folders, update lists, and publish pages.

Zendesk in Gumloop Brain

You can now connect Zendesk as a Brain source. Sync your Help Center articles or support tickets, choose exactly which categories, sections, and articles to include, and your agents answer with your support knowledge.

Brain Improvements

Google Drive sources in Brain can now preserve each document's original permissions, so agents only return files the person chatting can access. When a role blocks Brain or source management, you can request access from the right approver through Gumloop, Slack, or email. Brain source activity now appears in audit logs, and large syncs resume more reliably.
